Mission: To align students, educators, and community in designing and delivering an inclusive and collaborative environment for innovative learning, healthcare and research.
Rationale: Propelling underrepresented individuals would unleash a significantly more powerful, innovative, and profitable ecosystem of the future in healthcare and academic medicine.
Goal: The overall goal of DEI is to ensure we have a diverse, inclusive and equitable environment in which students, faculty and staff realize a sense of belonging.
